Personal Coaching
- Individual sessions – 45 minutes.
- Groups of 2 or 3 swimmers – 60 minutes.
- Particpants will be video-taped from above-water. Analysis will immediately follow the water session.
Swim Hawaii is pleased to offer “personal coaching” sessions for individuals and groups up to 3 swimmers. The sessions are conducted exclusively by “Dr. Jan” Prins.
With over 40 years of experience, “Dr. Jan” will evaluate your current stroke mechanics and provide you with detailed recommendations on how to proceed with improving your swimming efficiency.
