The following 2 programs are available:

- Small group. Each class lasts for 25 minutes.

Program 2: Team Video Taping & |
| Underwater videotaping and subsequent analysis are extremely valuable tools in helping swimmers improve their stroke mechanics. It is most effective means of improving stroke technique. |
| |
- Swimmers attend these workshops in a small group or with their team, preferably accompanied by their coaches.
| |
- Frontal (head-on) and lateral (sideways) views of each selected stroke, including turns, will be filmed from above- and underwater.
- Following the filming, a DVD of the footage will be made for each swimmer. This disk includes analysis with slow motion and freeze-frame segments of the important phases of each stroke. The swimmer can then share this information with his/her coach.
- A master DVD of each session will be given to the swimmer’s coach for reference.
